Built with creators.
Protected by clarity.
This is a future operating standard, not a current offer of work. Registering interest does not guarantee assignments.
Independent relationship
Creators will choose whether to accept each opportunity after seeing the scope, location, timing, deliverables and creator fee. Nothing here guarantees minimum work or requires exclusivity.
Booking boundaries
Creators may speak directly with customers about the shoot plan, access and creative logistics. Prices, payments, additional services, date changes, cancellations and complaints must remain in the Shotvero booking thread so everyone has the same written record.
No off-platform bypass
A creator must not privately replace, undercut or redirect a Shotvero-introduced booking outside Shotvero. This protects the creator match, agreed scope and customer support. Shotvero will not use arbitrary fines; concerns will be reviewed fairly and may lead to removal from future opportunities.
Professional conduct
- Arrive prepared and on time, or communicate quickly if an emergency occurs.
- Follow the agreed brief while treating customers, venues and other creators respectfully.
- Keep customer contact details and unpublished footage confidential.
- Do not publish identifiable customer work without the required written permission.
- Raise safety, safeguarding or scope concerns before continuing.
Files, quality and delivery
Creators must protect footage, follow the agreed file-transfer process and avoid deleting source files until Shotvero confirms safe receipt. Quality concerns will be discussed using the brief and submitted portfolio as the reference.
Fair resolution
If a problem occurs, Shotvero will hear the creator’s account, keep relevant evidence and choose a proportionate response. Serious safety, dishonesty, harassment or confidentiality issues may lead to immediate suspension.
Operational draft only; the final creator agreement will be issued before any paid assignment.
