Shotvero is not currently accepting bookings or payments. These draft terms show how the future service is intended to work and will be finalised before paid launch.
How a future booking will work
A website enquiry will not create a booking. Shotvero will first confirm the date, creator, scope, price, travel and delivery timetable in writing. A booking will become confirmed only after the customer accepts those details and completes the requested payment.
What is included
The written booking summary will control the agreed shoot duration, location, deliverables, revisions and delivery date. Any extra time, location, deliverable or revision must be agreed separately before work begins.
Creators
Shotvero intends to match customers with independent local creators. Shotvero will remain the booking contact for price, scope, changes, complaints and payments. A suitable replacement may be offered if the assigned creator becomes unavailable.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate timings, location details and access requirements.
- Obtain venue permission where necessary.
- Tell us about safeguarding, accessibility or safety concerns before the shoot.
- Do not request unlawful, dangerous or rights-infringing content.
Delivery and revisions
Estimated delivery starts when the shoot is completed and all required information is available. A listed revision means reasonable changes to the agreed edit, not a new concept or reshoot.
Content and permissions
The customer will receive the usage rights stated in the booking summary. Shotvero and the creator will not publish identifiable customer content for promotion without the permission required for that use.
Problems and responsibility
Customers should report problems promptly so Shotvero can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms will exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
